Tips for enjoying your weight loss workout
Many of us feel hard to walk or run at least for 30 minutes as a part of their exercise. This is because people actually do their workouts on a treadmill or at park, playground etc., so they easily get bored and can't walk for a longer time. Here are some tips to make your workout interesting.
1. Choose a long way to walk
Short paths make you bored and you will not show any interest to walk.
2. Listen to music
